AI consulting

AI that makes people think better, not less.

I help two kinds of organizations use AI well: law firms that want to run better, and trial advocacy programs that want to train better advocates. I'm a practicing trial lawyer and a coach, so I build for the way the work actually happens.

Who I work with

For law firms

Redesign how the firm runs.

For owners, managing partners, and leadership teams. Workflow audits, intake and client communication, litigation support, delegation, and responsible use, including confidentiality and lawyer oversight.

AI for law firms

For trial teams

Train advocates, not prompt writers.

For trial advocacy directors, coaches, and law schools. Case preparation, coaching and evaluation systems, simulated practice, and training in responsible use.

How it works

Scoped work with a clear finish line.

I don't do open-ended hourly troubleshooting. Engagements are defined up front, so you know what you're getting and when you're done.

  1. Assess

A fixed-scope look at your current systems, workflows, and opportunities. You get a written report: where AI helps, where it doesn't, and what to do first.

  2. Build

We design and set up the workflows that made the cut, with your people, in the tools you already use wherever that's possible.

  3. Train

Your team learns to use the system, check its work, and improve it. If the system needs me to keep it running, I built it wrong.

What I won't do

I don't sell prompt packs. I don't recommend tools I haven't put through real work. And I won't help anyone move client confidences or student records into a system that isn't built to protect them.

Good AI work starts with the problem, not the product. Sometimes the right answer is a better checklist.
